Ceramic care:
Stoneware pieces are food-safe, and whilst they are dishwasher safe too it is advised to hand wash as some pieces are quite delicate <3
Jewellery care:
It is recommended to avoid contact with cosmetic products and fragrances, and take pieces off when showering or swimming to keep pieces in their best condition.
Anti tarnish silver cloths are handy! If your piece is in need of a polish you can book in a time or post it to us to be freshened up.
Garment care:
Cold machine wash, inside out
Line dry in shade
Do not tumble dry!

Returns & Exchange Policy:
Incorrect sizing:
Ensure you know your ring size when making a purchase, if you are unsure please email [email protected]. Returns or exchanges cannot be issued for custom made pieces.
Change of mind:
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as most pieces are made to order. If a piece is damaged due to a production issue, please email [email protected] images of the piece and we will repair or remake if needed.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped with Australia Post, once a parcel is posted the provided tracking number is the best way to monitor its whereabouts.
Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly as we are not responsible for any lost parcels due to an incorrect address.
